Senior Estimator Architectural/ Interior Fit-out
- 5 years plus experience working as an Architectural/ interior fit-out Estimator.
- GCC experience is a must.
- Qatar experience will be an added advantage
- Proven experience as an Estimator in fit out projects or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret Engineer 's and Architect's technical drawings understand and deliver the information to prepare quantities take-off and cost estimates.
- Detail oriented, follow work instructions organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to accurately quantify materials and calculate costs.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and fit out construction materials techniques and finishes.
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skits to interact with suppliers, subcontractor. and project stakeholders
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Review architecture and engineering drawings, specifications. and project documentation to understand the scope and requirements of fit out projects.
- Quantify and take off material required for fit out projects. considering specifications, finishes and quality standards
- Source and request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials equipment and services.
- Analyze and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations to select the most cost-effective options.
- Calculate labor costs based on project requirements. manpower needs. and productivity rates.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates. including material quantities. labor hours. equipment usage, subcontractor costs. and any other relevant expenses.
- Collaborate with the project team. including architects. engineers. and contractors. to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates
- Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize costs without compromising quality and functionality
- Maintain a database of historical cost data including materials. labor rates. and subcontractor pricing, for reference in future estimates
- Continuously monitor and track project costs and update estimates as necessary during the bidding and negotiation stages
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil engineering or a related field
